Abner A. Johnson

Abner Johnson, age 86 of Orlando, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014. He was born in Ocoee, FL on January 13, 1928 to Arthur Johnson and Inez Allen Johnson. He was a veteran of the US Army was a retired mechanic for automotive and heavy equipment.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Johnson. He is survived by his sons, Daryl Johnson, Donald Johnson, Allen W. Johnson and Tony Johnson; daughters, Brenda Montanez and Sherri Dodson; 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5PM-9PM, Wednesday, July 2 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 11AM, Thursday, July 3 at the funeral home. Interment with military honors by VFW Post #4287 will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
