Adele Spadaro passed away on December 16, 2012 surrounded by her family in Oviedo, Fl after a valiant four-year battle against cancer. For Adele, her unwavering faith in Jesus and unconditional love for her family were the most important parts of her life.
On March 7, 1950, Adele was born in Modica, Sicily, the same city where she later met and married the love of her life, Giuseppe Spadaro. For over 38 wonderful years of marriage, they raised their three children in Trumbull, CT and later in Oviedo, Fl. Adele dedicated her life to her husband and children as a stay-at-home mother. Nothing made her happier than having her children and her family together as much as possible. She was a true warrior of the faith, always encouraging others to look to the Lord even in her darkest hours. She touched many lives for her life was a testimony of complete trust in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her husband Giuseppe, sons Joseph and Salvatore Spadaro, daughter Sicilia Spadaro-Bonilla, mother Francesca Spadaro, sisters Marina Ribeiro and Ruth S. Vargas, her grandchildren Salvatore Spadaro, Gianna and Cristiano Bonilla, as well as many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Visitation with the family will be held at 9:30 a.m. with a service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Assembly of God Church, in Stephens Chapel, 9307 Curry Ford Road Orlando, FL. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 1603 Greenwood Street, Orlando.
