Aida Memdez Gerena, 79 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013. She was born July 9, 1933 in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico to Juan Memdez and Eduvijis Gerena. In her youger days, Aida worked as a hair stylist.
She is survived by her partner, Gladys Kennedy; siblings, Minerva DeJesus, Juan Mendez, Aracelis Mendez Gerena, Carmen Perez, Juana Mendez, Icxia Mendex, Maria Jocoby, Jaime Mendez, Myrta Nieves, Jose Mendez and Norberto; step daughter, Valerie Bryant and step son, David Kennedy.
