Alfred Biles

Alfred Lee Biles, age 82 of Orlando, passed away on Wednesday July 19, 2006. He was born to Milton Biles and Delia Coggins on October 15, 1923 in Brooks, GA. He was a veteran of WWII having served in the US Army. He was a retired mechanic from the automotive industry. Mr. Biles was ordained as a deacon in 1949. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Conway. He is survived by his wife Carrie, his daughter Pat Branch of Orlando; son Wayne Biles of Sanford and daughter Judy Greene of Griffin, GA. He is also survived by his brother Frank Biles and his sister-in-law Nadine Biles both of Griffin, GA; his seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Biles will be held tonight from 5-9PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, East Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Friday July 21, 2006 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
