Alfred James LeMay Jr., 89 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014.
Alfred was born on February 7, 1925 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Alfred and Catherine (O'Meara) LeMay who have both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Geraldine LeMay, daughters, Sandra Gilbert and June Cowan, brother, Francis LeMay, sister, Roseanne DeLapp and brother, Richard LeMay. Alfred served in the United States Navy and was a Veteran of World War II. He retired from the Teamsters Union as a Truck Driver after more than 30 years. Alfred enjoyed bowling, playing bocci ball and attending dances. He attended St. Josephs Catholic Church in Orlando.
He is survived by his daughters, Patti-Ann LeMay and Christine Lyndes; son-in-law, Irv Lyndes; siblings, Betty Watts, Marion Rinaldi, Robert LeMay, Irene Pastorelli, Joseph LeMay, Carol Foster and Ronald LeMay; 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
