Alice C. Meissner

Meissner, Alice- Age 84 of Orlando, passed away on Friday July 21, 2006. She was born to Frederick Koerber and Catherine Brown in Washington, DC on August 25, 1921. She moved to Orlando from Silver Spring, Maryland in September of 1980. Mrs. Meissner was a member of St. James Cathedral, an avid reader, crossword puzzle solver and a member of M.M.P. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred in 1991. She is survived by her children Trudy Crawford (Roger) of Margate, FL; Fred Meissner of Beltsville, MD; Cathy Adams (Bobby) of Merritt Island, FL; Charles Meissner of Frederick, MD; Mary Moyers (Joseph) of Orlando and Anna Dickens (Sterling) of Casselberry. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and a sister Frances Stern of San Francisco, CA. Visitation will be held from 6-9PM on Tuesday July 25, 2006 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home 895 S. Goldenrod Road, East Orlando. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at St. James Cathedral, 215 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando. Interment will take place in Brentwood, Maryland.
