Amelia Caban, 92, of Orlando, FL, passed away on January 8, 2024.
Amelia was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, on March 22, 1931. She graduated from college and received an Associate's Degree from Puerto Rico and New York.
She had a career as an Executive Chef for Bronx Day Care Center and St. Barnabas Hospital. She had a passion for fishing, cooking, and travel.
Amelia was preceded in death by Harry, Walter, and Denise.
She is survived by Natalie, Noemi, Kimberly, Naomi, Katie, Nick, and pets, Buddy, Bonnie Panda, and Rosie.
Amelia always said, "Do not put the worries of the world on you. God always provides. Take it easy. Go to bed in peace and comfort for when you wake up, the problems are still there."
