Anastatia O'Sullivan, age 77 of Orlando, passed away Saturday October 30. She was born in Thurles Co. Tipperary, Ireland on August 3, 1933. Mrs. O'Sullivan retired from Pan American Airlines in New York after 20 years. She also served as secretary of the College Point Road Runners Track Association. She and her husband retired and moved from New York in 1990 to the On Top of the World Community in Clearwater. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years John C. O'Sullivan; brother, Jackie Toohey and sister, Bess Gleeson. She is survived by her son, John O'Sullivan; daughter-in-law, Laura O'Sullivan; sisters, Sister M. Ursula, Peg McCrudden and Breda Broughton; brother William Toohey; grandson, Sean O'Sullivan; granddaughters, Ciara O'Sullivan and Siobhan O'Sullivan. Visitation will begin today at 10AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. A funeral Mass will begin at 2PM today at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church 5300 Old Howell Branch Road, Winter Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice, 2201 Lucien Way, Suite 100, Maitland, FL 32751.
