Andrea Montes, 77 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014.
Andrea was born on October 17, 1936 in Ponce , Puerto Rico to Buenaventura Alvarado and Felicita Rios who have both preceded her in death. She moved to Yonkers, New York in 1956 and then to Central Florida in 1995. Andrea was a homemaker and member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Orlando. She will be remembered as loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend who was always giving, even to strangers. She had a big heart and beautiful soul. Andrea enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Andrea was also preceded in death by her son, Miguel Angelo Montes and is survived by her children, Carmelo Montes, Sonia Marty, Gloria Montes, Roberto Montes, Andrea Marcano, Milagro Martinez, Margarita Rodriguez, Virgilio Montes and Angel Correa Jr.; husband, Angel Correa, Sr.; sisters, Raquel Alvarado and Matilda Alvarado; many grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
