Ann Marie Smith, age 59 of Orlando, passed away Friday, April 26 at her residence. She was born in Omaha, NE on December 20, 1953 to William King and Florence Kalinowski King.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Russell Martina; daughter, Madeline Martina; daughter, Valerie Zollinger; son, James Clifford Smith; daughter, Jessica Marie Hudie; granddaughter, Andrea Smith; grandson, James Clifford Smith, Jr.; brother, Frank W. King.
She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, stepmother,grandmother, aunt and friend. She grew up in Manville, New Jersey. She was in the Catholic Youth Organization, she graduated from Mansville High School, and she loved all things Disney from a young age. She rode BMX bikes and liked classic cars and classic music. Ann Marie was creative and knew how to do just about anything. She worked for Disney for twenty years. She volunteered with Junior Achievement, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and many other organizations through Disney VoluntEars.
She was very involved at Good Shepherd Catholic Church and had been a member of the RCIA, the Mardi Gras Festival Committee, and the Eucharistic Ministry. She loved more than anything to spend time with her family and she was loved so dearly.
Visitation will be held from 6PM-9PM Friday, May 3 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12PM, Saturday May 4 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5900 Oleander Drive, Orlando.
