Ann Thomson, 81 of Orlando passed away Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008. Born in New York she moved to Central Florida in 1957. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a founding and active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and School. She enjoyed painting, swimming and dancing.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Gus) Rodriguez; grandchildren, Natalie (Zac) Showers, Christopher, Michelle, Danielle and Kathryn Rodriguez; great grandchildren, Lilli Ann and Jackie Showers. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Robert W. Thomson.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Sat. Jan. 19, 2008 at Good Shephered Catholic Church, 5900 Oleander Dr. Orlando. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando. 407-277-4227.
