Ann Jude Wasman passed away on August 24, 2021 surrounded in the love of her family. She gracefully closed her eyes on earth and opened them in heaven to spend eternity with Jesus.
She was born in Carbondale, PA on April 20, 1928. She moved to Central Florida with her husband Bob in the early 1950's where together, they raised 10 Children. They were married for fifty two years when he passed away. In addition to being a mother of 10, she has 33 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great great Grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family and was extraordinarily loving and supportive to all. She cherished her role as Grandma and Gigi and spoiled her grandchildren with unending love.
Ann was a devout Catholic and most recently a member of St Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Her Catholic faith was so important to her and she had an incredible devotion to Jesus and His Mother, Mary. She lived out her faith daily and set an amazing example for her family. Her motto was to "Let Go and Let God" . She was a friend to many and will be missed dearly by all who were blessed to know her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob, her grandaughter Sarah, and several siblings. She is survived by her sister Madlyn Decker, her children Robert (Candace), Maureen (Dan), Valorie (Donald), Thomas (Lisa), Mary (Paul), Ave (David), John (Susan), Tim (Michele), Bernadette and Patricia (Ryan), her grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 30th from 6:30-8:30PM at Newcomer Funeral Home,
Winter Park Chapel on Howell Branch Road.
A funeral Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on August 31,2021 at 10am at St Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Winter Park.
