Anna P. Chappell

Anna P. (Karsanak) Chappell, age 81, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1, 2022 at her home in Orlando, Florida. Anna was born on May 29, 1940 in New York, New York to parents Paul and Anna Karsanak.
She is survived by her loving children, Debra Pusateri, Kathleen Chappell, Lorrie Weatherford (Will), and Evelyn O'Connor (Daniel); beloved grandchildren, Timothy Scelsi, Tabitha Doxsey (John), Kristen Kavallieratos (George), Joshua Scelsi, Rachel Scelsi, Sarah Pusateri, and Meya O'Connor; cherished great-grandchildren, Drew Doxsey, Cecilia Doxsey, Eliana Kavallieratos, and Alexia Kavallieratos; and a host of extended family members and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, North New Hyde Park, New York from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
A funeral mass will take place at 9:45 AM on Saturday, April 8, 2022 at St. Gregory the Great RC Church in Bellerose, New York, followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery in Great Neck, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando. Donate online here.
