Anna Hubbard

A beautiful life has gone to be with the Lord.

She would have been 101 March 13th.

Anna Hager Hubbard, of Orlando, FL passed away January, 14, 2014. Anna was born at Jamboree, KY to Jordan and Malinda Arizona Coleman Hager on March 13, 1913. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Hubbard on August 24, 1970. They resided at Delbarton, WV for many years raising their family and both were members of the United Baptist Church at Delbarton. They moved to Orlando Florida in the early 1960s and resided in the area for over 45 years. She was a tireless, devoted and loving Mother and Grandmother who touched many lives and had many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Robert Kevin Wolford of Orlando, FL on Nov. 18, 1985 and her daughter Doris Wolford Farley of Gahanna, OH on September 20, 2005. Survivors include four children, Pauline Wolford Ball Johnston (Lloyd), Decatur, AL, Shirley Wolford Avina (John), Coppell, TX, Robert Wolford (Janice), Orlando, FL and Billy John Hubbard (Margaret), London, OH. She was the grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great great grand children. Sister, Gladys Hatfield of Ransom, KY. She leaves many friends in Delbarton WV, Ohio, Ky and Orlando FL. Family will receive friends at Brush Arbor Baptist Church Orlando, FL on Monday January 20 from 10:00 until 11:00 Am. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on January 20 at Brush Arbor Baptist Church, 2304 N. Goldenrod Rd., Orlando. Rev. Jerry Creel will officiate at the funeral service. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 Harrell Rd., Orlando.
