Anthony Perrone Sr.
July 24, 1933 — April 22, 2023
Anthony (Tony) Perrone, Sr., passed away peaceful at his home and was welcomed into Heaven on April 22, 2023. Born on July 24,1933 in Detroit, Michigan to Gaspare and Maria Antonina Pirrone. Tony was an Army Veteran who served in the Korean War. The 24th Division 19th Regiment, L Company. He lived his life as a brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, great uncle, God father and friend to so many. Tony relocated to Brandon, Florida in early 1970 to continue a successful insurance career and raise his family. He eventually retired in Casselberry Florida in early 1990.
Tony and his wife Dolly were members of Sts, Peter and Paul Catholic Church and the Italian American Club for over 25 years. Tony favorite past times were golfing, bowling, fishing, hunting, dancing and most of all spending time with his family and friends. He visited Fr. Solonas Casey center when visiting in Michigan and prayed to him daily.
Tony is preceded in death by: His parents, Gaspare and Maria Antonina; Brothers, John and Joseph;
Sisters, Nancy, Angelina, Stephanie and Maria (Mary); and Nephews, James and Joseph
Survived by his lovely wife Josephine (Dolly) Perrone of 68 years; Sister-in-law Lucille Pirrone.
Daughters Mary Ann Sipp (Randy), Angela Perrone (Danny Oakes) and Son Anthony (Tony) Perrone (Dawn).
He adored his ONLY Grand Daughter Tiffany Oakes and loved commutating in sign language with her.
He loved all outdoor activities with his 6 Grandsons; Randy, Drew & Joseph Sipp, Tony & Nick Perrone and Justin Oakes. He enjoyed spending time with all of his nieces and nephews and greats throughout Michigan.
