Anthony (Toney) Rouzan was born December 11, 1990 in Brawley, California to Wendell Rouzan and Marilyn Esteen Rouzan.
Toney was an auto mechanic and a Jack of all trades who could fix just about anything. He studied computer technology with his brothers, became a welder, and was last employed as a water softener installer.
Toney started cooking big meals at 9 years old. He became an excellent chef. He cooked gourmet meals for his aunts when they came to visit. He cooked Mexican food, New Orleans Creole dishes and whatever he put his mind to cook.
When his mom got sick, Toney was her caregiver. Some things he did not like to do, but he did it to keep his mom alive. He learned quickly how to care for her after a quick lesson from the medical teams that instructed him.
Toney had a smile that captured everyone's attention. He loved spending time with all the family. He was a big jokester. He would always say something to make you laugh. He teased his mother more than anyone which she wasn't always up for it.
Anthony was preceeded in death by his grandparents, William and Margaret Esteen, his grandmother Theresa Rouzan and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Anthony leaves behind two daughters, Leslie Rouzan and Aliyah Rivera; his mother and father, Marilyn and Wendell (Cookie) Rouzan; his brothers, Michael (Cryssie) and Brian (Lisa); his grandfather, Roy Rouzan and numerous aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
