Arcadio Rivera Colon

Arcadio Rivera Colon, 89, passed away on August 16, 2024 in Orlando, Florida. He was born on March 8, 1935 in Lares, Puerto Rico and is the son of Isaias Rivera and Victoria Colon. He was one of 15 siblings.

 Arcadio was known by his loved ones as "Art" or "Wito".  He was married to the love of his life, Margarita Rivera, for 68 beautiful years. He worked as a chef and retired after 30 years at Canteen Corporation in Connecticut.

 His passion for cooking big meals for the family and events bought him so much joy just as much as eating which he enjoyed to the very end. He was so loved by all who had the pleasure of meeting him. His sense of humor and playing practical jokes will be missed by his 7 children, 13 grandkids as well as 15 great grandkids.

He leaves his legacy for all to carry out and all his memories, laughter, and true love will forever live in our hearts. He is survived by his beautiful wife Margarita Rivera; Daughters Iris Munoz, Margarita Ortiz, Nereida Arbelo, Evelyn Ramos and Janet Candela and Sons Arcadio Rivera and Cesar Rivera along with 13 grandkids and 15 Great Grandkids.
