Aubrey J. Bordelon

Born in Hessmer, Louisiana.
Preceded in death by: Father - Elie Bordelon, Mother – Mathilda M. Bordelon, Brother – Gerald (Jerry) Bordelon
Survived by wife of 47 years Linda D. Bordelon and daughter Kristi Bordelon of Longwood, Florida. Sister – Mary Alexander of Harvey, Louisiana. Brother – Kenneth Bordelon of Alexandria, Louisiana.
After graduating from Louisiana State University in 1964, Aubrey went to work for the United States Department of Agriculture, Statistical Reporting Service (now NASS) where he worked for 47 years. He retired in December 2011 as an Agricultural Statistician - Group Leader Livestock Survey and Listframe Section.
Aubrey served in the Louisiana National Guard from 1965-1966.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Aubrey would take any opportunity to cheer for his LSU Tigers and his "adopted" teams the Georgia Bulldogs and UCF Knights.
