Audrey June Schneider

Audrey June Schneider passed away peacefully at home to be with our Lord on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Born in Cicero, Wisconsin to LaVerne and Flora Brusewitz on June 20, 1931, she is preceded in death by sister Lois Bernhardt and survived by brothers Vern Brusewitz and Lowell Brusewitz. She met, fell in love with and married her high school sweet heart, Vernon Schneider, her husband of 60 years. Audrey and Vernon eventually settled in Clermont, Florida to raise their family. Audrey was active in the South Lake Presbyterian Church in Clermont and volunteered as a pink lady at Clermont Hospital for a number of years. She also volunteered for Meals on Wheels, delivering meals to their clients. Audrey, an avid bowler, was a high scorer in the Clermont league for nearly 30 years.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Audrey is survived by her husband Vernon and two sons, Allen (Shaun) Schneider, Roger (Corinne) Schneider and grandchildren, Ryan, Nicholas, Benjamin, Jacqueline and Nicole.

Funeral Services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home at 335 East State Road 434; Longwood, FL 32750 (phone 407-260-5400) on Wednesday April 12, 2017 beginning with visitation at 10:00am until service time at 12 noon.
