Aurea Farhat, age 97, departed to God's Kingdom on June 11, 2020.
She was born in Moca, Puerto Rico to Leonor Laguerre and Olegario Ramos. She was blessed to see her family multiply throughout the years. Even though we will miss having her here with us, we are happy to know that she is in God's loving embrace.
Aurea is survived by her daughters, Sonia, Blanca, Grisel, and Damarys; her sons William and Julio; nine grandchildren, Cheryl "Charito", Teresa, Iris "Cookie", Curea "Chilly", Miguel "Tato", Yobanny, Clarissa, Damarys "Jayce", and Rafael "Juni"; her special great-grandchild, Natalie, as well as seventeen other great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren; and a brother, Celestino Ramos.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando, 32822.
Visitation with the family will precede the service on Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
