Perry, Austin Parker- Age 73, of Orlando, FL, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2005. Son of Alan and Josie (Crowe) Perry, he was born on November 15, 1931 in Redfield, NY. He was a Sergeant in the US Army in the Korean War. He was a machinist at Camden Wire until 1974. From 1974-1986 he and his wife Betty opened and operated Cedar Pine Restaurant and Campgrounds in Osceola, New York. During that same time Austin was an active supporter of the NYS Old Tyme Fiddlers Museum, and was President of the NYS Old Tyme Fiddlers Association. Austin also organized the Osceola Snowmobile Club in 1970 and served as its President. Austin and his wife Betty retired to Casselberry, FL. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Betty) Perry of Casselberry, FL; son, Robert Austin and his wife, Mary Perry of Camden, NY; daughters, Karen and her husband Darren Harlander of Camden, NY, and Christine and her husband Timothy Cary of Apopka, FL; sisters, Meda and her husband Harvey Yerdon of Redfield, NY and Merle Archibee of Winter Haven, FL; six grandchildren, Adam and Amanda Harlander, Desiree and Austin Perry, Sean and Erin Cary; beloved pet Sam. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mable and Evelyn and three brothers, Robert (Bob), Harold and George. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2005 in LaRobardiere Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, Camden, New York. Calling hours will be on Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
