Barbara S. Kirste

Barbara S. Kirste, age 50 passed away on Feb. 22, 2007 after a brave fight with cancer. Ms. Kirste is survived by her mother, Dorothy (William) Brokaw of Orlando, FL; father, Gerald Kirste of Longwood; sister, Kay (Lawrence) Icardi of Longwood; brother, Richard (Tracey) Kirste of South Dakota; and niece, Kelly Icardi of longwood. She was loved very much. She was a student at Valencia Community College, West Campus. Barbara was a devout Christian and was known for her passionate belief in God. She enjoyed working with computers and with the people at the Pine Castle United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice fo the Comforter, 480 W.
