Barbara Jean "Bj" Wadeck

Barbara Jean Wadeck, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend has gone to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday May, 22 2024.

BJ , as she was known by everyone, was born on July 17, 1935 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her daughter Sheila Ruth Colley, mother Mildred Perry, father Arnold Wilson and husband Robert D Wadeck.

BJ is survived by her daughters Jacquelynn Courtney of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Kandyce Villar (Luis Villar) of Miami, Florida and Traci Colley of Virginia Beach, Virginia. BJ also had five grandchildren , Krista Schriner (Chad Schriner) of Gilbert , Arizona, Meredith Simmons (Carl Simmons) of Virginia Beach, Virginia , Kaitlyn Villar of Miami , Florida, Karly Villar of Miami, Florida and Robert Wade Colley of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Two great grandchildren , Haylee Wieber (Gunnar Wieber) of Gilbert , Arizona and Ashley Gutierrez (Isai Gutierrez) of Gilbert, Arizona and three great great grandchildren Mason Gutierrez, Rylee Wieber and Nevaeh Gutierrez.

BJ was former president of the Italian American Social Club, member of the Elks Club and The Eagles.

She was an energetic and independent woman whom everyone loved from the moment they met her. She had a magnetic personality that lives on in everything and everyone who came in contact with her . We all are better people for have knowing her.

BJ will be on her forever cruise in the clouds with her true love. We should all be so lucky .

Memorial Services will be held at Azalea Park United Methodist Church, 50 Willow Dr., Orlando, Florida 32807 at 11am on Saturday, May 25, 2024. In Lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Azalea Park UMC in memory of BJ.
