Bartley Alan Palmer, age 48 of Orlando, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2009. He was born in Akron, Ohio to Willam Spencer Palmer, Jr. and Joyce Brewer Palmer. He is survived by his wife Nancy; his parents, William Palmer and Joyce Palmer; sister, Sherrie MacLean; brothers, Willam Spencer Palmer III, Christopher Palmer and Jon-Davy Palmer; nieces, Sarah Cicora, Heather Memmer, and Michelle Johnson; nephews, Michael Johnson, Paul Bishop, and Daniel Bishop; great-nieces, Lillian (Lilly) Cicora, Sydney Memmer, Hannah Bibbee, Camille Bibbee, Gabrielle Johnson, Carina Bishop and Cassandra Bishop; great-nephews, Dayton Cicora, Jacob Bishop and Nathan Bishop; god-children, Anna Milton, Trever Anglin and Kimberly Anglin. A private family wake will take place at the home.
