Beatrice Miller, 97, of Orlando, FL, was welcomed into Heaven on January 13, 2021. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She lived a dynamic life and was the definition of a modern woman well ahead of the times. She was dedicated to her family and her career. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she thrived as a young woman living near the City while working for the iconic Pan American Airlines. She married John J. Miller, Sr., a proud WWII Vet, whom she loved deeply. They were married for 64 years until his passing in 2011. Together, they had two adoring children. The family later moved to Connecticut, where Bea worked for the City of Groton until her retirement. Bea then started a new chapter of life by moving to Florida - a life that she cherished for over 30 years. She loved gardening, playing games, shopping, rooting for the Gators, taking trips to the beach, spending time with her family, snuggling with her dogs, eating ice cream, and indulging in an occasional vodka tonic. Bea was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her love for her family was without limits. She will be greatly missed by her children, John Miller, Jr. (Eileen) and Patricia Miller; her grandchildren, John, Scott, Pam, and Courtney (with their spouses); and her great-grandchildren, Scott, Aiden, Ryan, Emily, Alex, Dylan, Everett, Zachary, Gibson, Katie and Huxson. She is now at home with her husband, John Miller, and her Lord and Savior.
