Beatrice Rogers

Betty Rogers, age 76 of Orlando passed away Friday, April 8, 2005. Born in Key West, FL, she moved to Central Florida in 1966. She was a homemaker and 35 year member of St. Stephens Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed working in her garden being especially proud of her lemons and avocados. She is survived by her husband of 53 years,
Robert H. Rogers of Orlando; daughter, Betsy Penalosa and her husband Armando of Orlando; son, Randy Rogers and his wife, Jill of Atlanta, GA; Grandchildren, Daniel and Ana Penalosa of Orlando and Nicolas and Ava Rogers of Atlanta; sisters, Isabel DeNardo and Clara Sullivan both of Orlando; brothers, Oliver Armayor of Jacksonville, FL and Arthur Armayor of Dalton, GA. She was proceeded in death by her son, Robert H. Rogers III.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando on Sunday April 10, 2005 from 7:00-9:00 PM.
