Belenia "Bobby" Walker Jr. 62 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014.
He was born on January 1, 1952 in Charleston, South Carolina to Belenia Walker and Viola Jackson who have both preceded him. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Harrison and brother, James Pressley. Bobby was Sergeant First Class, United States Army, Retired after more than 20 years of service to his country. While in the Army, among his many other duties, he wrote and taught computer programs. He was a picture collector, kidder and great joke teller. He loved children and will be remembered by all that knew him as a very kind, friendly and loving man. His family thought of him as a career student because he was always in school or taking classes to expand his learning and knowledge.
Bobby is survived by his daughters, Peggy Jordan, Pricilla Walker and Lakiesha Walker; son, Jerry Walker; son-in-law, Ronald Jordan; brother, George Jackson, sister, Betty Halton, sister, Claudette Robinson, sister, Ladelphia Walker, brother, Leroy Walker and his wife, Diane, sister, Sandra Montogmory, Ernestine Powell and 7 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
