Foster, Bert T.- Age 85, of Winter Park, passed away on Thrursday, May 6, 2004. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the president & CEO of a landscape architecture firm. He was an army veteran of WWII. Mr. Foster is survived by his wife, Grace Foster; sons, Dennis M. Foster, Jeffrey Foster & Steven Foster; one grandson, Denny Foster.
