Billie Frances Johnson, 85, passed away Sunday, June 2nd, 2019. She spent her last days surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was born in Selma, Alabama to Bill and Frances Vaughan, and was the oldest of four children, Ethel (Sissy), Fred and Erin.
She was married for 50 years to Claude (Danny) and raised their four children, Michael, Joel, Danny, and Tamara (Tammy). A military wife, she supported her husband, throughout his 20-year career as he served in the US Air Force.
She graduated from Mid Florida Tech with a GED, and a PBX certification. Often she described her time there as one of the most enjoyable of her life. Then she worked at Walt Disney World Resort as a switchboard operator for fourteen years, until she retired. Her favorite pastime was being "Granny" to her grandchildren, great grandchildren and anyone else who needed a granny. She joins her husband Claude, daughter Tammy and daughter-in-law Mary. She is survived by sons Michael and wife Elise, Joel and wife Susan, Danny; grandchildren Joshua, Bran-Michael, Colleen, Ravenna, Seina, Arielle, Jenny, Adam, Jill, Tracy and Homer, nine great grandchildren and nine great, great grandchildren.

Graveside service is Friday, June 7, 2019 at 10am at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, FL.
