She was born in Kokomo, Indiana. She was a retired chief operating officer for an insurance underwriter.
Brenda is survived by her Husband, Charles H. Rupley; son, David C. Rupley, daughter, Caroline E. Rupley and Grandson, Evan C. Rupley.
Brenda was an accomplished pianist, vocalist as well as a flutist.
