He is survived by his Wife Evelyn Mieles-Otero, Daughter, Eve M. Geliga; Son, Rafael O. Geliga; Brother, Ceferino Otero; Three Grandsons, Christopher, Rafaael O., and Enrike; Two Granddaughters, Karina and Krista; He is preceded in death by his Father, Carmelo Otero, Mother, Carmen Haack, and Son, Carlos Otero, Jr.
A visitation will be held from 3PM until 7PM on Saturday, July 3rd at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Orlando Chapel), 895 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Fl, 32822.
