On June 24, 2020 Carlos Rodrigo Villamar passed unexpectedly at the age of 36 in Orlando, Florida.
Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, he resided in New York as a child and attended high school in Orlando, Florida. After high school he moved to Trenton, New Jersey where his family continued to grow. A few years later, Carlos and his family moved to Orlando where he worked for Publix, Boxi Park and was currently promoted to manager at Amazon. He always took pride in his work, was a hard worker and motivated others to do the same.
Carlos will be remembered for his big heart and the love he had for his children, his dog, Gee Gee, and his mom. He loved spending time with his family at the beach, springs, amusement parks or just grilling burgers for them. He was a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and football Sundays were a must. If you had the pleasure of knowing him, you knew he was the life of the party and had to make everyone laugh. He had a passion for soccer and played throughout his childhood, he enjoyed shooting pool, music festivals, travelling and just being surrounded by good friends and family. He leaves so many amazing memories behind.
Carlos is survived by his parents, Juanita Patricia Sarmiento and Freddy Villamar; his children, Dominic Acevedo, Leilany Martinez, Malena Villamar, Leila Villamar and Xsavior Villamar; mother of his children, DeAnna Acevedo; aunt, Maria Elena Sarmiento; uncles, Francis Sarmiento and Nelson Sarmiento; cousins, Jorge, Shindy and Kristel; nephews, Robert Joseph, Ja'Mir, Anthony and Kamryn; and special family members, Diliana, Fernando, Joseph, Jose and Donna. He also leaves behind close friends who he also considered family.
