Carmen M. Valentin, age 65 of Orlando, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2007. She was born in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico on November 15, 1941 to Felix Valentin and Julia Rivera. She is survived by her sons Jesus Portalatin and Emerson Portalatin; her daughter Ivette Loyza; brother Efrain Valentin; brother Joaquin Valentin; sister Luz C. Valentin; sister Hilda Ortiz, sister Ricardo Valentin and brother Juan E. Valentin; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3PM-9PM on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at St. Stephen Presbyterian Church, Orlando. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
