Carolyn Friends

Carolyn "Pudge" Carver Mossor Friends, 79, whose favorite movie was "Ever After" entered ever after on March 8, 2018, to be with her savior Jesus Christ, whom she devoted her life too. She was joined with her family and loved ones who preceded her.

Carolyn was born to the late Norval and Freda Carver on June 27, 1938, in Marietta, Ohio and is survived by her husband LaVerne Friends, sister Helen, brother Kenny, daughter Teresa, sons David and Ronnie, daughter-in-laws Lisa and Carol, grandchildren Kevin and wife Jessica, Shannon and husband Alex, Jennifer and boyfriend Raje, Steven and Amanda, and great grandchildren Giana, Micah, Bella, Courtney and RJ.

Carolyn loved Christmas, so each year she moved up the date she put up her tree to create her happiness earlier. We should all learn from her that happiness can come whenever you need it too. From this day forward as our angel goes on top of our Christmas tree we will remember our "wife", "sister", "mom", "mother-in-law", "grandmother" and "great-grandmother" who is watching over us.

Visitation March 14, 2018 from 9am to 11am with funeral service starting at 11am at Faith Assembly Church, 9307 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32825.

Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL.

Arrangements are by the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (East Orlando Chapel).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Inmate Encounter Prison Ministries or St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church, Orlando, FL.
