Carolyn Darling Gierke, age 74, of Apopka, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at her home.
She was born on October 12, 1949, in Winter Park, FL, daughter to her late parents, Tom and Irene Darling. Carolyn started her career in the dental industry. She later worked as a preschool teacher at Sanlando Christian School.
Above all, she was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Her favorite time was supporting her three sons at the many sporting events they had throughout their childhood.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Chip; three sons, Brad, Shane, and Casey; three daughter-in-law's Heather, Veronica, and Christie; six grandchildren, Jackson, Emory, Morgan, Shelby, Teagan and Max.
