Carolyn Jean Harlow

Harlow, Carolyn Jean of Orlando, passed away August 31, 2007 with her family at her side. Born November 14, 1941 in Charlottesville, VA, she was the daughter of the late James W. Shifflett and Mary A. Hughes. She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Sidney V. Harlow. Her 3 children: Mitchell Harlow and his wife Bonnie, Bobbi Scott and her husband Robert, Glenn Harlow and his wife Barbie, all of Orlando; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sisters Joyce Morris of Crozet, VA, Janice Morris of Dyke, VA, and brother James W. Shifflett of Standardsville, VA. Carolyn never met a stranger she did not like and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorial services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday September 4, 2007 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando 407-277-4227. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carolyn Harlow's name to Florida Hospital Cancer Institute.
