1950 - 2011
Cassandra Morgan Coman, 61 of Orlando passed away on Monday, April 25, 2011. She was born in Dayton, Ohio to Spencer Morgan and Alice Robben Morgan. She moved to Central Florida in 1988 from Jacksonville, FL.
Cassandra worked for several non profit organizations over the years but enjoyed time with her family and her Church more than anything. She was a dedicated member of Faith Assembly of God in Orlando.
Her hobbies included reading, cooking and sewing. She loved music of all types. Her favorite activity with her six grandchildren, was to pick a birthday, or special occasion, and take one of them out to dinner with her, just the two of them; and she always made a "big deal" of these occasions. It was how she showed them individually, how important each one was to her. The kids loved it.
Those that knew her well, knew that if she was your friend, she was your unconditional friend for life.
She will be missed by many who loved her; more than even she might have imagined.
Cassandra is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Woodell (Shawn Woodell); sister, Connie Ikeda; brothers, Craig, Jeff and Larry Morgan; grandsons, Christian, Morgan, Demetrius, Chance and Gabriel Woodell; granddaughter, Kaylyn Woodell and mother-in-law, Joyce Coman.
After the funeral service, there will be a reception following at Eastland Baptist Church, 9000 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando 32825.
