Catherine Marie Burke, 90 of Orlando passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2011. She was born on November 20, 1920 in Staten Island, New York to Raymond S. Stark and Mary K. Regan Stark. She moved to Central Florida in 1959 from Buffalo, New York and worked as a Medical Transcriptionist. Catherine was an active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Orlando since 1959 where she served in the Bereavement Ministry.
Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Michael Burke and her daughter, Kerry Burke and is survived by her daughter, Constance "Connie" Hudson and her husband Walter Hudson III; sons, Michael Burke and his wife Denise, and Regan Burke, D.O. and his wife Lilly all of Orlando; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
