Celeste Burdier

In celebration of the life of Celeste Burdier, known as Mami Celeste, born to this life on April 17th, 1931, and entered eternal life at 91 years old on August 30th, 2022.

Mami Celeste was known for her kind heart, beautiful smile, strong will, fighter and mostly for her pure and unique love she gave to everyone. To know her is to love her.

Mami Celeste's passion was sewing, playing dominos with her great-granddaughters, and having her family and friends over all the time. She had a weakness for sweets, especially for donuts (Dunkin Donuts)

May the great memories of Mami Celeste and the time shared with her live in our hearts in memory forever.

Rest in peace Vieja. Your legacy will be continued. Until we meet again.

Mami Celeste is survived by her daughter, Carmen Burdier; sisters Isabel & Pacita; grandkids, Roberto, Rocio, Yvette, Kevin & Keith; and seven great-granddaughters, Christina, Genesis, Briana, Gabriella, Brianna, Julianna & Keilani to whom she loved dearly and equally.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Seminole Chapel, 335 E. State Road 434, Longwood, with Deacon Wilmer Rojas officiating.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 1 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.

Interment will take place in Sanford Evergreen Cemetery, Sanford, FL.
