Cesar Valdivia Ocampo passed away Wednesday afternoon, September 12, 2012 at the age of 65. Married for 42 years to wife, Perlita, he was also the father of Caroline (Nason), Cesar, Michael, and Jeremy Ocampo. Prior to his retirement, Cesar worked as a respiratory therapist for Columbia Hospital (in Chicago, IL) & Florida Hospital. An avid fisherman, he was heavily involved with his church and singing in the choir.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Felicisimo G. Ocampo, Sr. & Maria Pamaran Valdivia Ocampo; his brothers, Felicisimo V. Ocampo, Jr., Rodolfo V. Ocampo, Sr., Ricardo V. Ocampo and Oscar V. Ocampo Sr. & his sisters-in-law, Beatriz, Magdalena and Juanita.
He is survived by his wife, Perlita Ocampo; son, Cesar Ocampo & wife, Elizabeth; son, Michael Ocampo, wife, Maria, & their children Alexis & Micah; daughter, Caroline Nason & husband, Steven; son, Jeremy Ocampo & wife, Lisa; son, Dante Ocampo & his son, Dylan; daughter, Catherine Knowles, husband, Andrew & their children, Jason, Jonathan & Bianca; brother, Edgardo V. Ocampo and his wife Dominga and their children, Maria Dulce (Idol), Edgardo, Jr. (JunJun); brother, Rogelio V. Ocampo and his wife Ethel and their children, Estela, Ian, Irene; sister, Araceli Ocampo Balabagno and her husband Rolando B. Balabagno and their children, Maria Rochelle, Maria Margarita, Maria Kristine Joy, Maria Veronica; his aunt, Mrs. Anita Pamaran Valdivia Libres (Lola Ita) and her children, Ernesto, Jr. (Jun); Yolanda (Yoly/ Neneng); Orlando (Lito); and a host of other family and friends.
