Chad Ryan Wells, age 40, of Oviedo, FL passed away October 20, 2015.
He is survived by his parents, Robert "Tim" Wells and Karen Haynes Wells; brothers, Todd Kevin Wells and Shane Timothy Wells; and grandparents, Jack "Pop" Haynes and Doris "Grandma" Haynes.
Memorial service is Sunday October 25, 2015 starting at 3pm at the Orlando Baptist Church, 500 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
