Charles A. Crane

Crane, Charles A.- Age 80, of Oviedo, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2004. He was an Army Air Corp. veteran of WWII, and a 25 year veteran of the New York City Police Department. He has been a resident of Palm Valley in Oviedo since 1980. Mr. Crane is survived by his wife, Dolores Crane; sons, Charles B. Crane & his wife, Rebecca, and Robert Ortiz; grandchildren, Mark Brown and Lisa Douglass, great-granddaughter, Kayla Douglass. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 in Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3377 Aloma Ave., Winter Park, with Pastor David J. Nixon officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests that contributions be made in memory of Mr. Crane to Hospice of the Comforter, 595 Montgomery Road, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.
