Charles E. Randall

d. October 31, 2007

Charles Ernest Randall "Chuck" born November 9, 1926 in Buffalo, New York went home to heaven to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He passed away quietly at home in Orlando, Florida, October 31, 2007, with his wife and daughter nearby. He had been under the loving care of Cornerstone Hospice for 8 months. He battled metastatic renal cell carcinoma for several years.
Charles loved the Lord, his wife, Arlene Leann (Wilson), and his family. Charles and Arlene were married for fifty-four years and had four children, Charles Stephen, Leigh Ann Jackson, James Andrew, and Peter Thomas. They have thirteen grandchildren and are expecting their first great grandchild.
Lithographer by trade, most recently he worked with Arlene as a hotel manager for the last twenty years of his career. They lived and worked in Arizona, California, and Florida. Prior to his marriage, Charles served in the Army as a paratrooper from April 1946-1949 in Japan.
What a legacy that he has left to his family. He taught not only by word, but also by example. Tithe and offerings were a very important part of his life, and he shared that importance with his family. God always deserved the first and best that he had to offer. Commitment was another thing that he shared with his children. Charles was committed to his Lord, wife, children, and church. He served as a deacon for many years. At the time of his death, he was a member of Evangel Assembly of God, Orlando. However, he had a very strong background with the Christian Missionary Alliance church.
His sisters called him Ernie, so that there was no confusion with his father, who was also a Charles. Mary Lou Anderson, Janet Corsi, and Carol Meier are his surviving sisters. His deceased parents, Charles Merton Randall and Clara Louise (Stevens), along with a brother Paul and sisters Charlotte, and June, are having a wonderful reunion with him in heaven.
