JONES, CHARLES EDWARD 70, of Longwood, FL, passed away on April 21, 2024. He was born in Harlan, KY on October 4, 1953.
After graduating from Lyman High School, he proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was retired and as a hobby was a “scrapper”.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ora F. Jones, Sr. and Mary A. (Duggar) Jones of Longwood, Florida.
He is survived by his brothers, Ronald W. Jones and wife Sydney of Longwood, FL; Timothy L. Jones and wife Brenda of Deltona, FL; Ora F. Jones, Jr. and wife Christy of Apopka, FL; sisters, Judy A. Thurman and husband Lynn of Lake Mary, FL and Debra A. Ferris and husband John Paul of Longwood, FL; his children: Travis Jones, Tiffany Jones and Charles V. Jones; and grandchildren.
