He is survived by his wife, Beverely Hembree of Orlando; sons, Charles O. Hembree Jr. and wife Kathryn of St. Louis, MO, Jeffery Scott Hembree and wife, Jean of Buckley, WA and Douglas Craig Hembree and wife Deborah Lynn of Atlanta, GA; sister, Norma Ross of Harlingen, TX; 9 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
