Charles Robert Schommer, age 82, of Oviedo, Florida passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017. He was born in Bogaloosa, Louisiana on October 9, 1934.
He is survived by his loving wife, Claudia McMullen Schommer; son, John Carl Schommer; daughter, Pamela Anne Nakoa and husband David; son, Robert Allen Schommer and wife Kathy; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Carl and Lallye Ruth Schommer; daughter, Judith L. Pentecost; brother, Harold Schommer; and sister, Juanita Walker.
Visitation is Tuesday, June 13, 2017, from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Memorial Service will begin at 2:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel), 895 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822.
