Charles Eugene Thomas, age 84, of Oviedo, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on December 10, 1939 to parents Oscar and Glenna (Athey) Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian I. Thomas, step-daughter, Dawn R. Barrows; two grandsons, Frank Lacenera, David Lacenera; two granddaughters, Christina Lacenera, Tabatha Lacenera, ten great-grandchildren, two nieces and seven nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Oscar Thomas and mother, Glenna Thomas.
