Charlotte Ruth Shaw

Charlotte R Shaw, age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2020. She was born April 15, 1936, in Konnarock Virginia, to Levi and Laura (Huffman) Hoosier.
She married Charles Shaw on May 25, 1954, in Pulaski, Virginia. Charlotte truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with friends and family, playing games of all kinds, and spending time with her family.
Charlotte had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. She is survived by her children Linda (Marvin) Usry, Robert (Rachel) Shaw, Brenda (Charlie) Greene, and Teena (Mike) McCane; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles, daughter Mary Shaw, and her great grandsons Brendan Reed and Padric McCane.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Charlotte touched are invited to the Newcomer Funeral Home 335 E. State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32750, from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020, to reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, just chat.
