Christy Marie Fletcher

Christy Marie Fletcher, beloved wife, mother, daughter, niece, and friend, passed away at Florida Advent Health Hospice on December 27, 2022 after a 3 year-long battle with colon cancer. She was 41 years old.

Christy was known for her kind spirit, quiet demeanor, infectious laugh, and incredible love for her family. Christy was a devoted wife and mother. She had a strong work ethic and worked hard as a young wife and mom to earn a degree in accounting.

Christy graduated from Evans High School and went on to graduate from Valencia College and the University of Central Florida.

Christy worked in payroll, accounts payable, and eventually the accounting department at Ruth's Chris for 17 years.

Christy touched lives everywhere she went, but her favorite places to explore and visit were anywhere her kids wanted to go. She may not have looked or acted like it, but she was an avid fan of Gangsta rap. She loved to read and loved figuring out variances. Her accounting colleagues can attest to that.

Christy is survived by her husband Jeff, her two children Christopher and Ashlyn, her father John, and extended family members living in Indiana.
