Preceding Clarence were his older sisters Ruth (Howell) Miles 10-21-07, and Yvonne (Howell) Richards 3-9-05. Clarence is survived by his eldest brother Don Howell, and sister Joan (Howell) Richards. Nieces Theresa Miles, Lisa Rude, Melissa Miles, and Kathryn Howell. Nephew Matthew Howell. Great Nephews Michael Meeks, Ryon Mercer, Erik Rude, Jaden Miles-Guzman. Great nieces Sarah (Rude) Garza, and Alyssia Mercer. Great-great nephew Brody Mercer.
